Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) Meetings

As a current Mass Advantage plan member, please join us in person or virtually to hear about your Mass Advantage plan changes for 2025 that may affect your plan. This meeting will provide helpful information and essential answers.

No appointment necessary! Interested in meeting with Mass Advantage? Our member navigators are available to support you. Member navigators hold weekly member office hours at the below locations, days and times. If these dates and times do not work for you, please give us a call! We will find a date and time that works best for you.

Our Member Navigators are available at 844-483-1444, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Tuesdays from 9-2pm at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge
Wednesdays from 9-2pm at UMass Memorial Health in Leominster
Thursdays from 10-2pm at Worcester Business Center in Worcester
